The systems engineering team take care of the nodes, users, permissions, data, pipelines, and all the other unseen things that allows our customers to use our products with ease! The back office team ensures that our systems and data all work in a scalable, secure, efficient, and integrated way. Being part of this team, you’ll get the chance to engineer and elevate the cogs that keep our products ticking smoothly at their best. 

Our servide reliability teams ensure that what we develop works in perfect harmony with our customer-facing and back-end services across Creditsafe. Joining the team, you’ll play a key role in taking development products into production and keeping them working smoothly. Whether it’s security and authentication, data pipelines, or deployment processes, you’ll help to connect everything together and ensure that our technology delivers a market-leading service to our customers. 

From repairs and diagnostics to cabling and the provisioning of IT equipment, our deskside engineers ensure our teams have the logistics and kit that they need to do their best work. You’ll be at the forefront of enabling people to work with technology in a way that empowers them to succeed and stay secure. 

Like deskside engineering, our servicedesk team ensures we keep a smooth, secure, and seamless IT operations but with a focus on applications, network management, and software. With roles ranging from 1st to 3rd line support, managerial roles, and technically focused content roles, you’ll play a key role in keeping the lifeblood of our work flowing smoothly across our operations. 

A branch of our technology department that isn’t just focused on tech! Our project management office ensures that anything new that we do is implemented successfully, on time, in budget, and in compliance with quality and security standards. As a part of the PMO, you can get stuck into roles involving procurement, stakeholder management, project management, risk analysis and mitigation, and much more. The architecture team at Creditsafe plays a key role in driving our technology strategy. In this team, you’ll play a role in designing and evolving the foundational systems that power our global data services. From building fraud detection frameworks to pioneering the use of transformer architectures and AWS-native solutions, you’ll tackle complex challenges with creativity and precision. From our internal systems to Microsoft 365 and Copilot, our service management team oversees our development and maintenance of features and products that empower our people to work smarter, better and safer. Playing a role in shaping the inner workings of our systems and tools, you’ll play an invaluable role in helping us to get the best from Microsoft and other SaaS product ecosystems. 

A day in the life of the incident management team is packed with dynamic opportunities and challenges alike. When things don’t go to plan, you’ll be part of a friendly and rewarding team that sets things right, learns lessons, and minimises downtime and trouble over time. 

Our Connect API allows our product ecosystem to sync-up with the tools and systems of our customers from around the globe. The Governance, Risk and Compliance team ensures that we stringently meet both industry and legally based security frameworks such as GDPR and SOC2. With a steady eye for detail and a heart in high-standards, our GRC team features roles in auditing, monitoring, incident management, and projects involving the implementation of new features that keep our business, data, and customers secure. 

The Core Engineering team focuses on the in-betweens of our back-office systems and our customer-facing products; in the Core Engineering team, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring that our data, systems, and front-facing products work seamlessly. With rewarding and varied work available across the team, core engineering staff engineer new systems, integrate data and applications together, and provide the models needed for our customers to tap into the deepest value possible from our international database.
